USER AGREEMENT

A. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Your access to the Scribner Drugstore mobile application and websites, including co-branded Scribner Drugstore-affiliate websites (collectively, the “Scribner Drugstore Digital Services”), is subject to the Scribner Drugstore Privacy Policy, HIPAA Privacy Notice, and these Terms of Use.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE Scribner Drugstore DIGITAL SERVICES. BY USING THE Scribner Drugstore DIGITAL SERVICES, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE.

These Terms also govern your participation in any SMS or mobile communications programs offered by Scribner Drugstore. If you opt in to receive text messages from us, the Mobile Terms & Privacy Summary governs such messaging.
